Today's bite deals with Oral Bible Storytelling! Around 70% of the Bibleless peoples of the world live in oral cultures, that are not reliant on literacy or have a population which is currently mostly illiterate. They long to hear from God in their heart-language, and although the long-term goal is still a written Bible for these cultures, faith comes by hearing, and many of these people-groups are receiving God's Word now in oral-form. These projects thrill my heart, as I watch the fleshing-out of God meeting His people where they are, and as it reminds me that His Word is LIVING, and that when He first created life, He wrote the story of Creation with an audible word from His mouth.

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God
